Video / Telephone Visits

The Coronavirus has many people concerned regarding travel outside their homes.  In addition, schools have closed which means many people will need to remain home to care for children.  

 

During this time we would like to remind our clients that we are able to offer telephone/video visits for certain appointment types.  These visits are HIPPA Compliant and 100% Secure to Medical Industry Standards.  The cost for this type of visit is the same as a normal in-office visit so there are no additional charges for utilizing this service.

Types of Visits that typically can be completed by Video/Telephone:

-Weight Loss Follow Ups

-Hormone Optimization Follow Ups

-Lab Review Follow Ups

-Initial Visits (whether weight loss or hormone optimization) are not typically able to be completed through a video/phone visit, however, requests for this type of visit are reviewed on a case by case basis and in some cases can be approved for this service.

Types of Visits that typically cannot be completed by Video/Telephone:

-Visits requiring physical presence (Cosmetic Services, Hormone Pellet Insertion, Etc.)
